Place 3 ½ cups Great Value Rice Crisps in large bowl; set aside.
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine 1 cup Great Value Crunchy Peanut Butter, ⅓ cup Great Value Light Brown Sugar, and ¼ cup Great Value Sweet Cream Salted Butter
Melt over low heat, stirring occasionally (3 to 5 minutes).
Add peanut butter mixture to ceral; stir to coat evenly.
Add 1 cup Great Value Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips; mix well.
Spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
