Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Sauté
1 cup Onion
,
1 cup Celery
, and
1 cup Carrots
in
1/3 cup Butter
for 10 minutes.
Add
1/2 cup Flour
and cook one minute, stirring constantly.
Mix together
2 cups Chicken Broth
and
1 cup Half-and-Half
.
Gradually stir into vegetable mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
Season with
1/2 teaspoon Salt
and
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
.
Add
4 cups Chicken
and stir.
Add
1 cup Green Peas
and stir.
Pour into unbaked

Cover with second
