Yellow Cake mix

Rhubarb
Cut into 1/4 inch cubes

Granulated Sugar

Heavy Whipping Cream
Whipped Cream

Instructions
Preheat oven 350F degrees.
In large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, water, oil, and eggs.
1 box Yellow Cake mix,
1 cup Water,
1/3 cup Oil,
3 Eggs
Blend with hand mixer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Spray 9x13 in pan with cooking spray.
Cooking spray
Pour the cake mixture into a sprayed 9x13 pan.
Cover the cake mix with the cut Rhubarb. Cover just one layer deep.
3 cups Rhubarb
Sprinkle sugar evenly over Rhubarb.
1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
Pour Heavy Whipping Cream on the very top of everything!
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until you can poke a toothpick into the cake and it comes out dry!
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
