8 ounces stems and pieces, drained
Instructions
In a Dutch oven, cook beef and Italian seasoning over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Add onions, celery, and carrots; cook until tender crisp,

2 cups carrots
Add 6 cups water, rice, bouillon cubes, and pepper; bring to a boil.
8 cups water,
1 cup wild rice,
4 beef bouillon cubes,
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Stir in the soup, mushrooms and remaining water.
3 cans cream of mushroom soup,,
1 can mushroom
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
