Ingredients
  

  • 24 Saltine Crackers about a sleeve
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Nuts or Other Toppings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees
  • Line 9×13 inch sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray
  • You can use parchment paper instead of foil for easier removal of the candy
  • Line pan with crackers in a single layer
    24 Saltine Crackers
  • In sauce pan, combine butter and brown sugar, and bring to full boil
    1/2 cup Butter, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Immediately pour sauce over crackers and spread completely
  • Bake crackers at 400F degrees for 5 minutes, until toffee is bubbly
  • Remover from over and sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers
    3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Let chocolate chips sit for 3 to 4 minutes to melt
  • Spread melted chocolate over crackers then top with nuts or other toppings

  • Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes, then put in fridge until cold and chocolate is set.
  • Break into pieces
