Bubble Pizza

Our family got this from Roxanne Fry when she was Youth Directory at Norway Church, somewhere in 1996 to 1999 time frame. I have modified the original the original recipe to my liking.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Bake with Cheese 15 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes
Servings 12 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes Buttermilk Bisquits
  • 2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzeralla Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese I use 2 cups
  • 1 package sliced Pepperoni I’m not a fan, so I didn’t use
  • 2 pounds Pork Pizza Sausage cooked (I added this)
  • 2 4 ounce cans of sliced Mushrooms I added this

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  • Quarter the buttermilk bisquits
  • Mix the bisquits and pizza sauce together in bowl
  • Grease 9×13 glass pan
  • Place bisquit sauce mixture in glass pan
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Spread out meat and mushrooms evenly
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly on top
  • Bake another 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown
  • Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving
