Italian Pasta Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Pasta – Something fun 8oz. Uncooked. Examples like Campanelle, Cellentani, Farfalle, Wheels, Rotini, etc. Fork sized.
  • 2 jars Spaghetti Sauce 24 oz each jar. Use your favorite flavor or what you have on hand.
  • 2 pounds Italian Sausages Links. Select your flavor: mild, sweet, hot, etc.
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms Fresh and sliced. Can use canned if you want.
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese Grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over at 350 degrees.
  • Cook the Italian Sausage. I typically boil for about 20 minutes.
    2 pounds Italian Sausages
  • While Italian Sausage is cooking, cook pasta to a very undercooked el dente. What I do is see the al dente time and cooked to 3/4 of that time. Pasta will cook in the oven. Drain pasta.
    8 ounces Pasta – Something fun
  • Slice Italian Sausages about 1/4 inch thick.
  • In large bowl, mix together Pasta, Spaghetti Sauce, Italian Sausages, and Mushrooms.
    2 jars Spaghetti Sauce, 8 ounces Mushrooms
  • Place in an 8×8 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese.
    8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
